I am sorry you feel that way Lauren, it is never any intention of ours to make our customers feel the way you did. I know buying a car is already a hassle, and we are supposed to make the experience easier and better not harder. I would like to personally apologize for the way we made you feel. Bring the car by at your convenience and I will have Maya fill your tank for you! She should have never let you leave without gas, but sometimes mistakes do happen.
