Poor Customer Service My husband had been working on a deal with Natalie. When we were interested in a new/newer Infiniti they were calling and texting everyday. A used one came online that was a good deal and we definitely didn't get the same level of service. Natalie was great to work with. The negative experiences were with Victor Chavez the business manager. He was arrogant and rude. We drove up after work from Lexington. This is the first time we have had no negotiations, what they were trying to get out of us for a 2012 was just wrong. Natalie took an option back and Victor came back, entered the room and said no we can't do that. He didn't even say hello, introduce himself; just came in sat down and that's it. Would never go back. Luckily we found a better deal today in Lexington and were treated great. More

First purchase from this dealership I have been to this dealership four times now and each time I was disappointed. If it was for Maya (who is an amazing sales person). They sold me a car with an empty gas tank. The sales person cam acted like he did not want my business every time I came in and would not listen to want the customer wanted. The financing person was rude when I would ask a simple question. Overall, if Maya was not there I would never return to this dealership. Thankfully they Maya who is patient, thoughtful, and kept me in the loop all the time! More

I had the pleasure of working with David Murphy, General Manger, and Natalie Parrish, Infiniti Brand Specialist. Both of them were super helpful and extremely kind. Being from Dayton, Ohio, it was difficult for us to make the trip down to Louisville, but this was no problem. All interactions were taken care of over the phone, via e-mail, and (even more impressively) via text message. I was super impressed at the efficiency of buying a car via text message. Not only that, Infiniti of Louisville went out of their way to make my experience easier by sending easy-to-understand pricing and working with me to get the best deal.
