Nick was super helpful when we went for a test drive. I asked him to drive as I did not know that area very well. He went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb when he showed me the car and when I picked it up. Victor was very helpful in helping me choose the warranty that was best for me. I have never been at a dealership where I have seen such team effort. This says a lot for your dealership. That is why your dealership is full of customers because they feel like they are being taken care of and appreciate all the knowledge you provide them with. Awful I would have given my experience 0 stars if I could have. Terrible customer service, awful management skills and beyond rude. I have never been yelled at by a sales person before, from any retailer. This experience was directly because of the manager I dealt with. He stormed out of the office after we failed to agree on price and yelled at me for multiple things. I have no idea how he has made it this far in his career treating customers the way I was treated. Maybe if I was a man, I would have been respected. Completely unprofessional employee. I will never be a returning customer for anything related to this dealership because of him and his negative/aggressive attitude. More
