He told Angela that he would be handling the negotiations if I decided to go with the Infinity. When I arrived, there was no sign of Angela. I was passed on two different times with different salespeople and all they kept talking about was price and what I wanted to pay. I was very frustrated and decided not to buy the Infiniti at any price. I never saw Angela although she did finally leave us a message a week later. We purchased the BMW from another dealership and are very happy with our purchase. More

I was told that the vehicle was put online for the wrong price - "I am updating it now, it should be $34,991".. really?! With 100k miles?! $8k more.. pure gross profit? Because the $2 or 3k wasn't enough. Glad I don't live in this area or drive an Infiniti.. I wouldn't spend $1 in their soda machine. More

Actually I am not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle itself, but the dealers said they would give me an aggressive offer only if I can purchase it that day. However I told them I live in Ohio and cannot come there right now. Then they the dealer suggest me to make the purchase through the phone call. THE MOST SILLY THING I DID IS TO BELIEVE HIM!!! When I decide to do it that way, just at the final process of purchasing, he quickly told me the final price before I verify it, and I accidentally realized the total amount is DIFFERENT!!! Then I quickly quit the process of purchase and questioned him what is going on! He told me it is just the total price he saw from the computer. HOW IT COMES!!! I kept all of emails they sent to me previously and they are LIARS!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! More
