Brandon introduced us to Ivan, who patiently showed us all the small details of this car. We signed the paperwork, exactly as it had been presented to us, with no extra charges or hidden fees! After giving us a small tour of Louisville in this car, Ivan would not let us leave until he had washed the car and filled it with gas. Keith went through all the details of the purchase and made sure we understood all of the document terms and statements. We were exceptionally pleased and happy with all of the people we met at this dealership. We would deal with them any time! More

Raised the price of vehicle 1000. 00 at closing. I had clarified twice before coming in as we couldn’t come to terms three weeks earlier. Manager agreed to my original offer. Had other 00 at closing. I had clarified twice before coming in as we couldn’t come to terms three weeks earlier. Manager agreed to my original offer. Had others in my car listening on speaker phone to our conversation. Once there this time he said I was mistaken. I refused this increase. And explained a man’s word is important. And the business they represent. Having bought 80 or more cars I understand the process. Be careful of any paperwork if buying here. Was a certified 2021 Nissan Rogue we were purchasing. He was surprised I refused. Wonder how often this works? More
