EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Looked at a vehicle that looked ok. Price was high but if I was getting was what told would of been ok. They agreed to fix three know issues. Sold us a Lemmon On Friday January 19th,2018 we had a meeting as scheduled with Cliff himself of Cliff and Sons auto. Things quickly took a nasty turn ,as Cliff began On Friday January 19th,2018 we had a meeting as scheduled with Cliff himself of Cliff and Sons auto. Things quickly took a nasty turn ,as Cliff began using profanities and told me to "Get the xxxx out of my xxxx building Now ,I'm not gonna listen to this xxxx"! Telling me and my girlfriend that he would not help us,we both left their dealership asking each other Did that just happen? Letdown and still unsure if Cliff and Sons auto had truely just sold us a 2007 Mercury Moutaineer for a whopping $8,000.00 with bent rim (they still haven't replaced) and then a month later the thremostat and transmission both failing! This broken expensive lawn ornament as it were, sits in my front yard where we had to push it because it does not run. I'm in disbelief we have been treated this way and wonder if/when Cliff and Sons auto sales will be sending a wrecker to pick up this broken truck they've sold us and make right their wrong. We are already out $8,000.00 (that's nearly $2,000.00 above Kelly Blue Book!) and only made a couple payments thus far plus having paid nearly $200 for the thremostat and oil change,we can not afford the additional $4,000.00 Cliff n sons garage said it would cost for a transmission. This is unbelievable! Amy's job depends on her having reliable transportation,and this is what we thought we were purchasing from Cliff and Sons 'once friendly helpful staff.😞 More

Great car buying experience I heard about this place from a friend, so before I went looking on Craigslist or a bigger lot, I stopped by to see what they had. I was surprised at the selection, and the guy who helped me (Brad) seemed to be a really nice guy. I'm all about customer service, and this place is basically the Chick-fil-A of car shops. I was looking for a newer Honda Accord, and they had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Brad was very kind and helpful and didnt try to push me into buying something more expensive that I didn't need. He worked with me on the price, and I came home happy. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest & family-friendly place to get a car. More
