Went well. Waited on me promptly even though who ever I had cancelled with on Sat. Failed to put me on the schedule for Tuesday, but they got me in anyway. He explained what was done. Overall good experience. Just wish I could get a second set of keys for my Escape, but told they were lost. Also I accidentally left a CD in my trade-in vehicle and never got it back. More
