Went well. Waited on me promptly even though who ever I had cancelled with on Sat. Failed to put me on the schedule for Tuesday, but they got me in anyway. Best Experience in Buying a Car Ever! I have purchased many cars in my 56 years of driving--and my new purchase of my Ford Edge Titanium was the easiest and best purchase of a car I have e I have purchased many cars in my 56 years of driving--and my new purchase of my Ford Edge Titanium was the easiest and best purchase of a car I have ever experienced. I met with Jimmy Baker from Louisburg Ford on one afternoon not know exactly what I wanted -- new or used, Edge or Explorer, etc. In about 90 minutes Jimmy had walked me through the available information and we had looked at available Ford Edges and Explorers in dealership inventory all over the midwest region. By the end of that 90 minute period I had decided on a 2018 Ford Edge and then decided to go Titanium because of the safety packages that I was interested in purchasing. Jimmy then walked me through the $50 over Ford invoice philosophy and we quickly agreed on a fair price, trade in on my Mercury and financing. Louisburg had the car I wanted in my color on their lot. After I updated my wife with the car I wanted and price I told Jimmy we would both stop back the next morning and finalize the purchase. My wife loved the car and it was a done deal. We did the financing and I had the keys to my new car. I did not have time to sit with Jimmy in the car that day for an orientation to all of the accessory packages so I stopped back the next morning to learn as much as possible about the car.
