Fast and Friendly Got to Louisburg Ford service got right in with out a snag. With 2 recalls and oil change was told maybe 2.5 hours. Was in and out in 2 Hours flat. Great sales team. I came into Louisburg Ford to have a quick look at a new F150. One of the sales managers named Bob was very helpful. He showed me around some of the f I came into Louisburg Ford to have a quick look at a new F150. One of the sales managers named Bob was very helpful. He showed me around some of the features of the model I was interested in and got me a truck to test drive. When I got back, Bob provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on financing without any unnecessary pressure to buy a truck that day. I was interested in some other makes of trucks and took some test drives but was drawn back to the way Bob treated me during my visit at Louisburg Ford. Two weeks later I found the time to bring my wife to the dealership so I called Bob to let him know I was coming. Bob was out of town but told me to talk to Mike McNeal. I was disappointed that Bob would not be there but Mike proved to be just as professional in how he treated my wife and I. Mike brought the truck I was interested in to us and told us take it for a drive. Mike answered all of our questions and provided us with the easiest, most stress free vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Buying a new vehicle is a major investment for our family and I could not be happier with the way we were treated at Louisburg Ford. More
