With Louisburg’s $50.00 over factory invoice pricing the vehicle was thousands less than I could find anywhere else. Through the entire process from ordering, to financing, and ultimately taking possession of my F-150, Sales Manager Mike McKinney was my only point of contact with the dealer. Based on past vehicle purchases this was a different experience but highly refreshing making the experience seamless. Mike took the time to show me the vehicle features, thoroughly explain all aspects of the financing process and has continued to follow up with me after the sale to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. Poor customer service in their service department. Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues, Brian proceeds to call me and was very aggressive and rude like it was my fault that I was frustrated with my service experience. He is not doing his job effectively and needs to be replaced! I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company they were so bad! More

My wife and I bought our new Platinum Expedition through Mike McNeal. Inventory has been very limited and my wife new exactly what she wanted. After calling a number of Ford dealerships, Mike was the only o Mike McNeal. Inventory has been very limited and my wife new exactly what she wanted. After calling a number of Ford dealerships, Mike was the only one who was willing to not pressure us or leverage the fact inventory was tight. I am not saying he didn't create urgency, but he made sure we felt comfortable and was honest throughout the whole process. Upon meeting Mike face to face, he answered every question my wife had and didn't seemed annoyed and on top of dealing with our 3 little kids running around. Once we made the decision this was the vehicle we wanted, he made sure paperwork was ready to go prior to our "signing" day. Being proactive and showing he cared is what stood out most about Mike. We live an hour from your dealership and I would gladly comeback to deal with him again. Thank you Mike! More

Bad experience. Service department left a rotten taste in my mouth. Diagnostic was not complete. I wonder how the service managers get paid. It seems like a commission deal.
