I really liked the truck, it was well optioned for its trim level, options found in higher trim level trucks. I decided to trade out of my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with 80k miles. The newer truck was priced fairly well based upon the current market trend. The entire process went extremely smooth, Jimmy did a great job during the negotiations, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. Poor customer service in their service department. Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues, Brian proceeds to call me and was very aggressive and rude like it was my fault that I was frustrated with my service experience. He is not doing his job effectively and needs to be replaced! I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company they were so bad! More

I am not saying he didn't create urgency, but he made sure we felt comfortable and was honest throughout the whole process.
