After much work by email and phone we went to buy our Subaru Outback. It was a two hour drive and they had only appraised our trade without seeing it. Other Subaru dealers were going to give us $2000 ove Subaru Outback. It was a two hour drive and they had only appraised our trade without seeing it. Other Subaru dealers were going to give us $2000 over payoff. After we got to Lou Thomas they didn't even test drive our trade and raised what they ere giving us by $100. Which was still under value from the other dealers. But since I had been trying to find an Outback like this one for 3 weeks and had bad experiences at the other two dealerships we bought the car. We had already test drove one so the whole process only took about 2 1/2 hours which was a plus. More
