I have to say that dealing with Loudon was a real pleasure. My ex was the one who recommended it to me and he was right. It's about an hour and a half drive from my house but it was well worth it. I had filled out the loan form on line and within 1 hour Dale called me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I needed a family car that wasn't a minivan and something with a bit of room. I told him my monthly limit on price too. He called me back with in a half hour and told me about 3 cars I might like, including a Kia Rhondo, which is a car I've always wanted. When I got there they were great about letting me test drive all 3 and the price was right in the middle of the range I had given them. They didn't try and jack me up to the highest edge of my price range. Filling out the paper work was easy and they even gave me lunch!! After they got the car to me (which they brought all the way to my house) I did notice a problem with some white smoke out the exhaust. It took a while to get the problem sorted out and repaired, but I had a loaner car delivered to me for use while my car was being fixed and they delivered my fixed car to me after it was repaired. I am very happy with the service. More

I can honestly say this was the most fantastic experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, and it was the biggest investment I have ever madein a vehicle. Louden is just wonderful. I didn't feel pressured (lots of us girls do on a car lot), and I walked away knowing I had gotten a great deal on my truck. I had gone to Fred Martin a few days before, and it was just a horrible experience - more than I care to dredge up here. I gave Louden a shot because they had the truck I was looking for, but I was still angry with my first experience. The minute I walked into the shop, though,I knew it was a totally different business. The attitude of the people there was so relaxed and easy-going that I felt the tension in my shoulders ease. Everything went so smoothly. That day, I drove my dream Ranger pickup truck off the lot. What a feeling! Louden, in my opinion, is an honest dealership that takes very good care of its customers. I would recomemnd them to anyone who asked. It was the most atypical, pleasant buying experience of my life. Glad I went there!! More
