Internet Purchase of F250 Harley Davidson Purchased 2004 F250 from Loudon Motors via the internet. Vehicle was delivered to me in Arizona on 5/23/14. I immediately took the truck to a Ford D Purchased 2004 F250 from Loudon Motors via the internet. Vehicle was delivered to me in Arizona on 5/23/14. I immediately took the truck to a Ford Dealer in Arizona for a safety inspection. During the inspection it was noted that there was a rear main seal leak which cost $1300 to repair. (Repair was made on 5/27/14) I notified Paul Paumier on 5/24/14 and requested assistance from Loudon for this unexpected repair. Paul forwarded my email to Todd Bowen who responded on 5/27/14 indicating that "we completed an inspection on this vehicle and we did not find anything like you are stating wrong with the truck". However, the Loudon Internal Repair Order Detail on my truck indicates that "the tires are dry rotted". This was incorrect as the tires are perfect, so their inspection is not as accurate as they believe. So, if their inspector was wrong about the tires; why couldn't he be wrong about the rear main seal leak? I notified Loudon employees about this issue and no one told me to get pre-authorization for the repairs or pictures of the leak. Now that the repair has been completed, they refuse to provide any assistance or any coverage even under the Limited Warranty Agreement. Loudon - "Our top priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience, which is why we are COMMITTED to providing the absolute BEST quality of customer service possible" Not in my book! I spent $30k for the truck, $1400 for it to be transported to me, and drove it only 20 miles (to the Arizona Ford dealer for a safety inspection) only to be told by Loudon Motors "there was nothing wrong with the truck when it left their lot". I've even registered my complaint with Ford Motor Company. More

Vicky is a nice lady to deal with. I was able to go to to the dealership not knowing for sure if I could afford a new ford and she helped me narrow it down, test drive, sign papers, show me the basics of the the dealership not knowing for sure if I could afford a new ford and she helped me narrow it down, test drive, sign papers, show me the basics of the newest technologies on it and drive it away within 4 hours. The garage could have cleaned it a little better but it may have been from me rushing to drive it home. Thank you London Ford. This is why I prefer to drive 30- 40 mins away rather than 10. I have been a long time customer of this dealership. They are courteous and responsive to my car needs and concerns. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from by working with Vicky. Vicky is a good salesperson...enticing the customer to stay wanting the vehicle. I love the Edge. The service dept is excellent as well. They have always accomodated my schedule, provider a loaneer if needed, and fixed any car issues efficiently and at a fair price. I would recommend working with these folks for your vehicle needs. After having a bad experience with another dealership earlier in the day my experience with Loudon couldn't have been better. I called ahead and spoke with Mike(I believe that was his name) to check out earlier in the day my experience with Loudon couldn't have been better. I called ahead and spoke with Mike(I believe that was his name) to check out a used Camry they had advertised for a great price. I was greeted by Tom at the door and on a cold day they had pulled the car inside and washed it up for me to check it out. I was driving the car within 5 minutes of arriving. I was pre-approved for credit before arriving. I had already done my research and applied through many lenders already at another dealership but Tom didn't press for me to run my credit since I was already approved. The last dealership I was at pressed the issue. After just a few more minutes of paperwork Tom let us leave for an hour while waiting for the finance guy(I believe his name was Mike) to be freed up to help us out. When we got back he had already submitted our info to the finance company and we just had to finish up some paperwork. Within an hour we had keys in hand and were on our way. I would definitely choose Loudon again, especially after seeing how poorly some other dealerships can treat their customers. FYI, I actually visited the Alliance location but they aren't listed on here. More

We bought our daughter a car here so she would have a reliable vehicle to get to school/work. After about a week, a cylinder needed replaced, ok, used cars need some work occasionally. Well, before even having this car a month, the timing belt broke(not disclosed to us at time of purchase). Mr. Loudon used the words "as is" so many times in our conversations, that he probably will be muttering it in his sleep. We expected him to make it right, repair, give another vehicle of similar value, buy it back, anything to make it right. Calling the State Attorney General in the morning. More
