Emergency repair Shortly before I was due to leave for a trip to Florida, I found my heater would not work. The idea of driving through the mountains without my defros Shortly before I was due to leave for a trip to Florida, I found my heater would not work. The idea of driving through the mountains without my defroster was frightening for me. Chris the service manager came and picked up my car, they completed an extensive repair to the heater system in just one day, and then returned the car to me. They even washed it!
