I called ahead to confirm availability of a Ford Flex my girlfriend and I found o READ THIS REVIEW!!! Had the worst car buying experience last night. I called ahead to confirm availability of a Ford Flex my girlfriend and I found online, which we got an internet price of 20,834. I asked Courtney the salesperson if there was any damage on the the vehicle as we live 40 minutes away, she stated it was clean with no damage and it would be ready for us. We arrived at the dealership at 4pm, the vehicle was not clean and there was damage on the front bumper, paint split and touch up paint in large gouges. I was a little disappointed but it was the exact vehicle we were looking for and she kept saying she only worked there since August, I chalked it up to a mistake and we proceeded to negotiation. After an hour we came to an agreement of 21,500 out the door with 3000 down and 200 off for the damage to the front bumper. They kept us in the showroom for another hour waiting for finance while Courtney kept telling us 15 more minutes. We went through all the typical finance things and Michaelle in finance tried to breeze right past the total sale price but I noticed 22,382 on the paperwork. When I brought it to her attention and she was stumbling around for words and said oh well ah that was with 4000 down. When I said that's not what we agreed on she said oh well the payment doesn't change though. Meaning they had all that figured out with the 3000 down and were just trying to sell us on the payment and maybe we would miss the fact the the total sale price wasnt what we agreed on. On top of all that the 200 taken off for the front bumper, that wouldn't cover the damage anyway, mysteriously changed to 100. The total price after all the waiting and negotiating was 20734.00 100.00 off the internet price??? When I asked her about it the the general manager Chris Mcconville came in and acted like he had no clue what was going on, had no answers, solutions, or anything at all to say, I am wondering if maybe he had only been in car sales since August too? I cannot believe what a bad experience that was. Buying a car is supposed to be a fun exciting experience, instead we feel violated and taken advantage of. The deceptive, unethical treatment we got last night was something you only hear about or see In movies. More

I walk in to turn in my lease and stand there for almost 10 minutes before someone addresses me. Finally when I speak with the (Manager Crystal McKamey) She proceeds to tell me I have a disposition fee due. I told her I have nothing of the sort. So after showing them my paperwork, I did not have this "fee" just to turn in my lease. She was condescending and rude. Even after finding out she did not apologize. I have been a longtime customer of this dealership since back when it was on the corner of Valley Street. The Service department has taken a turn for the worse as well. I will no longer bring my business to a place that no longer has the friendly atmosphere it once had before all the familiar faces disappeared. More

Great experience I was looking for a specific vehicle that I wanted, without all the extra optional features I would never use, and didn't want. After checking oth I was looking for a specific vehicle that I wanted, without all the extra optional features I would never use, and didn't want. After checking other dealers I was pretty sure I would have to order a vehicle built to the exact specs I wanted. Other dealerships tried to get me to take "A great deal" they had on their lot. Wouldn't sit down with me, enter build specs and give me a price under x-plan. My salesman Kenny T asked if he could try to locate one if not they could order through Ford. After a couple of days not being able to locate one, I was asked if I wanted to come in and spec one out with the dealership Gm (Ricco) Ricco was very professional, patient, went through ford site, and took down all my specs, and gave me a very competitive bottom line price I was happy with. One more thing that I really appreciated was expediting the shipping process from the ford plant, to the dealer, which allowed me to take delivery early and get my truck approximately 2 weeks earlier than expected delivery. Great customer service thanks to all. More
