Good cust interaction but very unhappy with 2 tires being needing replaced after less than 20k miles. No warranty or compensation. We purchased our ID Buzz online. Our online agent was not great. The General Sales Manager did clear things up and we were able to make the purchase. Love the Buzz but it was dropped off (loved that) and not one person at the dealership asked us if we needed any education on the vehicle. We have had to stumble around figuring things out. The vehicle is amazing, but I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from Lou Sobh. More
