I took my daughters 2006 Kia Sorrento in to be checked for a timing belt issue. Although I did not like the outcome in terms of what I had to spend to get the vehicle repaired I appreciated the honesty of Jonathan Handman and his professionalism in dealing with me. One thing that stood out when I arrived was that the service team at Lou Sobh Kia were quick to greet me and get me in and out in quick fashion. I appreciate that as I deal with customers in my line of work and that is not always the case. Thanks Jonathan for you following-up with me even when your phone system went out-he actually called me from his cell phone to give me an update! That is excellent customer service. More
