Herb and Dan is Service are Amazing! I have had my car for 3 years and have put over 70,000 miles on it so I'm always in there for oil changes, etc. Every time I need something Herb and I have had my car for 3 years and have put over 70,000 miles on it so I'm always in there for oil changes, etc. Every time I need something Herb and Dan are amazing to work with! They always get me right in and right out! They take great care of me and I think they take great care of my car! It is always the best service experience I have ever had. And I have dealt with Jordan and Josh and they are great, too! More

Going the extra mile for his customer by keeping his promise My car was a Korean built kia Niro EV, and I had to buy it in GA. Since it is a compliance car I had Mr Murphy to set up my choice of trim and build My car was a Korean built kia Niro EV, and I had to buy it in GA. Since it is a compliance car I had Mr Murphy to set up my choice of trim and build levels which he did and he got the car diverted to the Brunswick Ga. I paid 40 thousand dollars for a non fundable deposit because he demonstrated that he could be trusted to deliver the car and he succeeded beyond my wildest dreams and the car is sitting in my driveway because Mike Murphy made it happen for me!! I need to thank him and his finance manager Tre Dorrity for their efforts and patience with me to understand the situation and the dealership work to deliver me a car that I previously only could dream about!!! Thanks to God for their vigilance and efforts to make it reality and a blessing. May God bless them for what they have done for me and my family!!! More

Genuine Compassionate Customer Service I have been a customer for 4 years. When I purchased my car one of my main concerns was what type of service would I receive from the Service departme I have been a customer for 4 years. When I purchased my car one of my main concerns was what type of service would I receive from the Service department. In my mind, this is the department that puts the icing on the cake. It determines how long your relationship will be and if you will buy another vehicle, especially since I was hesitant about buying a Kia in the first place. Reflecting on my experience the other day while my vehicle was been serviced, I can say the Service department truly exemplified their motto of “We treat you like family....” The kindness and respectfulness shown will never be forgotten by Dan. However, I must say within these four years, I have always received great service even with minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Actually, from my first visit with Sales, my experience with Finance, and any other departments I may have dealt with, I have always received good service. However, the Service department is making me become a true Kia lover. More

Excellent Service I have bought several vehicles from Mike Murphy and do all of my service work there. I recently had my vehicle serviced and not only was the work done I have bought several vehicles from Mike Murphy and do all of my service work there. I recently had my vehicle serviced and not only was the work done fast and correct, they also gave me a loaner and returned my vehicle to me clean and with a full tank of gas. First class people-first class service. I absolutely love these people! More

Costly xxxxxxexcuse of a service shop I have ever work with, my car leak more after there repairs then when I took it in. Before going and giving them a 1000 xxxxxxexcuse of a service shop I have ever work with, my car leak more after there repairs then when I took it in. Before going and giving them a 1000 plus I drove my car over 50 miles to get there after their mechanics worked on it barley got down the street before calling a wrecker and have it taken to some real mechanics not part changers. Likes to take advantage of elder folks BEWARE!!! More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The service department is AMAZING! I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... th The service department is AMAZING! I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... that guy screwed everything up! He then drove it to mike Murphy Kia (keep in mind, it should have been towed)! Thank goodness the service department wouldn’t let them drive it off the lot. Turns out, the first mechanic changed the wrong fuel pump, broke the fuel line...and then blamed it on a RAT!!! Dan and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running again. In fact, they told us they had to change an o-ring that the first mechanic broke/damaged... it was supposed to be in on Tuesday. My husband and I drove down that day, as it would only take a few minutes to fix/repair once the new part came in. Well the new part didn’t come in and we were 2.5 hours from home. Dan and his team graciously took apart another Sorento they had on the lot, so they could put it in m my car! This dealership by far has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Dan, for going above and beyond your job duties! More
