Almost 90% of my entire leasing process was done before I visited the dealership. On visiting the dealership my experience was even further enhanced, just the way everything is organized gave me a peace of mind that things are transparent and I am in safe hands. I got my Honda Odyssey on the same day that I visited even if it meant that Herve and his manager Ryan had to stay beyond normal business hours to execute my service - that is great service. Another secret that I would like to share - these guys have a very nice "Chai Latte" :) Five stars out of five on all aspects of a customer experience - special mention Herve - awesome working with you. Came through on doing the right thing I had a punctured condenser grill in my brand new 2016 CRV. When and how the puncture got there was up to debate, we'll say, but with just over a thou I had a punctured condenser grill in my brand new 2016 CRV. When and how the puncture got there was up to debate, we'll say, but with just over a thousand miles on the car and less than two months of ownership, a $650.00 repair job to replace the entire condenser and recharge the coolant was not something I was too keen on indulging. Thankfully, the guys worked with me on the issue and arranged for the part to be reinstalled free of charge. It was the right thing to do. I'm not saying that merely because it benefitted my wallet, either. Had I been forced to foot the bill for such a costly repair charge about a month after driving it off the lot, I would have taken a dim view of Lou Sobh, and Honda overall for the lack of good will. Thankfully, reason prevailed. The service team at Lou Sobh has earned my respect and won me over as a Honda fan. I can't praise them enough. More
