Repair broken side view mirrow The staff are very professional and courteous. The broken mirror and outside cover had to be ordered to replace the broken side view mirror. Plus the airbags had to changed out, so we had both done at the same time! It required us to keep the car over night 2 nights but that was not a problem since I was off work those days. Once in the dealership, I worked with Thomas who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. I had previously visited a few other dealers looking at the Ridgeline and Thomas was the first person I worked with who actually knew about the Ridgeline and didn't seem to be flying by the seat of their pants. Making the deal was painless. We quickly found a price we could agree on and filled out the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier. This experience certainly set a new bar for how a car buying experience should be -- informatitive without pressure to purchase until you're ready. More

I want to say that when I first came here, the person who took care of me, I did not like. I can't remember his name for he left a long time ago. What I did not like about him was the stupid questions he was asking me about maintenance on my car. It would take to long here to go into detail. However I now deal with Heather Cullen, very nice person, very smart lady who knows what she is doing! I'm not saying that the other people in the Service Dept. are not good, I have so far had no experience with them. I hope I have just as good an experience when I buy my next car here!!! More
