Poor customer service, no follow up No phone number to contact the regional manager Nathan Pitchford, just an e-mail. When I contacted him regarding the car pass program which I purchas No phone number to contact the regional manager Nathan Pitchford, just an e-mail. When I contacted him regarding the car pass program which I purchased when I bought my Subaru, he had a manager from the Toyota dealer call me. I complained that I had purchased the car pass, and the last time I was in for service I was told that they had cancelled the program, a program I had paid for. I also complained that I had purchased the extended warranty on my car, but when I had it in for service I had a noise in the sunroof I wanted them to look at. They told me they would have to charge me $70 to $140 to look at it to determine if it was under warranty. When I said I was going to pay for an estimate they didn't look at the problem. The toyota manager said he would look into my issue and get back with me. It has been 2 week and have not heard back from him. This is horrendous customer service. More

Very pleased with my first service visit I don't like taking my cars in for service. Why? Because I love my cars and I don't like turning them over to strangers. I figure no one is going t I don't like taking my cars in for service. Why? Because I love my cars and I don't like turning them over to strangers. I figure no one is going to be as careful with them as I am. I'm that guy who parks out at the far end of the parking lot to avoid door dings. Yeah...that guy. So, it was with some reluctance that I took my beautiful, flawless 2017 BRZ in for it's first service (I know, it's two years old, but it only has 1700 miles on it). But I needed an emissions inspection to renew the plates, so I got the oil changed at the same time. I also asked them NOT to wash the car (whirling brushes, tiny scratches in the clearcoat, etc.). When I got the car back (with no charge for either the oil change or the emissions inspection...Car Pass member), I was pleased to see they had honored my request to not wash it, AND...it was still as beautiful as it was when I handed them the keys. And the really good part? I only asked for an oil change, but I SWEAR they tweaked a few other things. It now drives better than it has in a while...much better than a simple oil change would cause. So yeah, I was very pleased with my first service visit, and won't be so nervous about scheduling the next one. Good job, guys! More
