The team here is always friendly and welcoming and I have continue to use them since 2009 (I moved in 2010 and still drive 30 miles to use them). As soon as the Ascent hits the market I will be looking for even more great service from this team! Kudos! More

The Service Manager was in the office behind the Service advisor and over heard my story. He immediately appeared from the office, and took control of the situation. Not only did he get my car in and eased my mind, (I was very stressed) he made the entire situation seem like "Par for the course". He handled everything with such ease and professional expertise that I was nearly in awe. I have dealt with this service department before, and it seems as if his demeanor has been taught to the employees. Everyone of the guys and gals in service really care about the customer and handle every situation with with ease and patience. Top notch indeed. To top it all off, the Service manager took me home after hours on his personal time. The next day, they delivered a loaner car to my house! Amazing staff! Stellar performance by this team, the are the best of the best in my book. More
Poor quality of service I was a loyal customer with this dealership for over 5 years. It was the only place I ever took my car for service. This will never happen again. In the past ten months I took my car in for a check engine light 3 different times. Every time I was told it was fixed, but 2 weeks later it would come back on. Each time I had them make the recommended repairs even when they didn't relate to the check engine light. I spent over $3k to have all the "recommended" repairs and each time I got the car back, something was wrong. On my last visit, I got my car back and it was not driving correctly from the moment I drove it off the lot. When I took it back in, I was told that I would have to spend another $1k to get it fixed. THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME BROKEN AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY AGAIN. On top of this, my original problem was never taken care of. When I brought this to their attention, they offered me a $100 discount. All the money I spent there over the past 5 years and this is what they offer me. I asked for a manager to call me and he flat out refused. Customer service and loyalty obviously take a back seat to egos at this place. My problem was only addressed when I talked to Mark ( the used car sales manager) and asked him for help. It's ridiculous that someone from another department had to get involved to get something corrected. I will never go to this dealership again. They make it obvious that customer loyalty means nothing to them. Your business will not be appreciated by this establishment. Don't bother wasting your time here unless you are working with Mark Williamson. He is the only employee I worked with that actually showed he cares about the customer. Mick (service manager) is a joke and will keep passing problems off to the mechanics instead of doing his job. It's really disappointing to be treated like this from a place I enjoyed doing business with for so long. More
Ripped off and rude service This is the second time I have been mislead and mistreated by this dealership, and I will NEVER do business there again, nor will I refer anyone there This is the second time I have been mislead and mistreated by this dealership, and I will NEVER do business there again, nor will I refer anyone there. I purchased a 'certified' vehicle less than six months ago, and they sold me a car w/dry rotted tires (they are actually dated older than the vehicle), warped rotors, and a bad alternator. I was told this would be taken care of; however, the person helping me no longer works there, and no one there will help me. They actually laughed at me when I said they should be paying for these repairs. The service adviser actually said I made the tires dry rot-- tires dry rot because they're old, not because I drove on them. Two other repair shops said the tires should have been replaced about a year ago, and I haven't even owned the car that long! They refused to repair anything on their dime, and they actually tried saying numerous other things were wrong and needed to be fixed. I took the vehicle to two other places, and they had the same diagnosis as each other, but Lou Fusz is claiming otherwise. They even tried telling me my battery was bad, but I had replaced the battery less than a week ago elsewhere. When I told the service adviser that, he just said "well anyway, you also need...." I even have print outs from the other shops showing the alternator failed, but no one would listen to me. They are suggesting 'cheaper' ways to fix things that are wrong, and these ways are basically just putting a band-aid on a problem that will only get worse as time goes on. They refused to do the warranty work since I wouldn't have the the maintenance work done by them (they claim it was because they couldn't get it to fail, but they wouldn't take my print outs from other shops), because that maintenance work should have been completed before I purchased this vehicle. They lied and took advantage of me, and no manager would come speak to me when I went up in person. I have purchased all of my vehicles from them, and these last two times I was taken advantage of (the time before they sold me a car they claimed was certified, but I later found out it never had been and they bought it back). I guess they're like most dealerships-- they take advantage of young women, and think they can screw people out of thousands. I will also be contacting the BBB and the AG for the state of Missouri due to the scams they are trying to pull. I only hope others read this and take their business elsewhere, b/c all they do is screw people out of their hard earned money and then literally laugh at you when you ask for help and prove all of their 'data' wrong. Now I'm stuck with almost $3,000 in repairs due to more lies from Lou Fusz on a 'certified pre-owned'. NEVER again. I have never felt so belittled by a dealership More
Chris went out of his way to help me get my vehicle fixed. It is almost impossible for me to call during the day with my job, but he would contact me after hours to make sure everything was correct. fixed. He also helped me with a loaner, and worked around my schedule to get my car in. I have taken my car in a few times for service, and it's safe to say I will not be going to any other dealer besides Fusz to work on my car. Chris is very friendly, and I would highly recommend working with him to anyone. I've definitely had an A+ visit every time. Thanks Chris! More
