Above and beyond! The staff and service writer Jeff (I believe his name was Jeff) were very proffetional and informative. I went in to have an oil change done and menti The staff and service writer Jeff (I believe his name was Jeff) were very proffetional and informative. I went in to have an oil change done and mentioned that my idle was rough when in drive. I had some work done to it and the idle was rough when I picked it up. The shop told me that it was just the age of the car and I could replace the spark plugs to see if it would help. I found that odd seeing that it ten smooth when I took it in. I took it to other shops and they told me the same thing! I accepted that I would just have to deal with it, and it has been that way for 3 years. I got a call that my oil change was done Anne when I picked it up....it ran smooth and was fixed!!! I was so excited. They fixed my idle problem and at no additional charge! Best $40 ever spent! I found my new go to place for parts and service. I will be taking my car in later this week for an airbag recall and they even provided me with a loaner car for the day. If your looking for a honest and dependable shop, this is the place! Thank you for putting the life back in my car after so many years of mechanics with no answers! More

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mick Durr , I'm an owner of 2012 Subaru Legacy that I purchased in St Peter's Subaru location. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mick Durr , operations manager at your business for his outstanding dedication to customer service..It is nice to know that Subaru, with its professionalism and dedication to their customers, is there to stand by their unquestionable devotion to quality and professional service...My Subaru Legacy stopped in the middle of the highway and it appeared the engine was dead. I had 67000 miles on it and was out of warranty by 7000 miles at that time. I called your office and left voicemail to numerous people asking and begging for help. Nobody called me back except Mick Durr, operations manager at Subaru St Peters. He went above and beyond as he took my matter into his personal hands. He called Subaru headquarters on my behalf so they could extend my powertrain warranty so that the repairs could be covered. I wanted to thank him for his dedication and efforts he put in order to get my car fixed and basically saving my car. Without him helping me I would not be driving my Subaru now.I appreciate it very much. Some businesses do a service and the customer leaves. Others, like Mick Durr go above the call of duty to make the customer truly happy. He did exactly that and I will never forget this. Excellent Customer Service!!! I went in for routine service, the technician heard a noise and checked it out. Come to find it was a wheel bearing and it was still under warranty.
