recall for passenger airbag When I picked up my 2010 Subaru Forester the inside was FILTHY. I had just had it washed and cleaned the day before I dropped it off. I dropped it o When I picked up my 2010 Subaru Forester the inside was FILTHY. I had just had it washed and cleaned the day before I dropped it off. I dropped it off Wednesday, and was going to pick it up Thursday. They had plenty of time, to leave it, the way they found it. I realize, that when they removed the dash to work on the airbag lots of dust, etc may have been released. But, again they left debris all over the front seats, cup holders and front foot mat areas. Also, they ran it through the wash, and just let it sit there to air dry. The car I had just paid to have cleaned inside and out was all water spotted! A gentleman working the day I picked it up was nice enough to run it through again, and stand out back and help me to wipe it dry. Then the day after I got home, I was walking up to my car and realized the windshield looked funny. They had left one side (passenger) loose where the plastic runs from the ceiling inside along the windshield and down to the dash. So I had to go back AGAIN and get them to snap that back in. I really feel like when there is an older car, they just do not give it the same attention they would have given a newer one. If I had brought in my 2018 Forester, they would have probably had it completely detailed before I picked it up. I bought my Subaru at a used care dealer, and they detailed my car to perfection when I bought it last year. It may not be a 20,000 dollar car, but it is what I can afford, and I love it! I take pride in my car! It made me very sad, and frankly I felt very disrespected by the mechanics who left a mess in my car for me to clean up! I want to end my comments by saying that the customer service people who work in service department were very nice to me. I do not have names, but a man with tattoos on his arms was amazing. Also, the man who drove me home ( an older man I think Sydney), and the younger man who drove my car out, and helped me wash and dry it off. Thank you to these people who tried to make the experience better for me. More

Ignition starter repair In an instant where my car would not release my key, two staff members walked me through problem solving steps, and I still could not resolve it. I was offered to try to squeeze in the car Saturday, and the car was still not ready Monday as ran into more than planned. Therefore, I was given a loaner car since I was afraid I had no one to get me back and forth to the garage and work! It was handled well and they did not get upset with me while anxious! Thank you! When I was there on Tuesday I called back to stay to them that it still wasn't working correctly at 4: 30 p. M. On Tuesday. Today is Wednesday at 4: 45, have not heard back from them. When I called myself, nobody could talk to me they would call me tomorrow. Tried to talk to the general manager over everything. first I was told he was gone, then I was told he was on the phone and would call me back. Have not heard anything. Very disappointing More
