He walked us through the process of finding the right car for us rather than the car he wanted us to buy...plain and simple. He’s very patient with questions and takes all the time we need to make our decisions once given the answers. I don’t think anyone “looks forward” to the process of buying a car or any other big ticket purchase, but to know there’s someone kind and informative that will help you through the process at the dealership makes a world of difference. Way too long I set up an appointment for the 30,000 mile service at 7:00am so I could get my car back mid to late morning. But that did not happen. I was not able to pick up my car until 3:30pm, which messed up our afternoon plans. I also left text messages and voice messages, were not returned. I finally contacted Dave Blanke, who was off work but still took the time to contact the service department for me. The actual service to my car appears to have been performed well. More

They found out it was something different than what was originally repaired. They could've lied and charged me for the additional repair. I ended up adding a remote start to my car. The man who taught me how to use it, explained in detail how to use it. You guys are the best More
