Quickest Service Ever! But unresponsive to subsequent calls This was my first experience with Lou Fusz service and only my second experience with Lou Fusz at all - the first being when I bought my Crosstrek in This was my first experience with Lou Fusz service and only my second experience with Lou Fusz at all - the first being when I bought my Crosstrek in January of this year. I got an oil change, had a head light replaced, a wiper blade replaced and a cigarette lighter/charger port repaired in my dash. I was super impressed with the speed at which all of this was accomplished, I was in and out within an hour; quite impressive compared to Firestone where I took my previous car all the time - they would have had my car all day. Nick Davis was great! He was friendly, polite and professional! However, the day after the work was done I went to put the toddlers in their carseats in the back seat and found the back cover of the center console removed and laying on the floorboards. I tried to replace it myself, but it will not pop into place. I have left a voicemail and sent a text to the service center inquiring about this and have received no response to either. Very disappointing. Lost one star on Quality of work due to console cover being left on the floor and three stars on Customer Service for receiving no response to my texts or phone calls. Overall it was a good experience, but as each day passes without response to my calls or texts the more disappointed I am becoming. More

Subaru purchase This is my second purchase of a Subaru through a Lou Fusz dealership. I purchased a Forester in 2009 and an Outback this week. The Outback I bought ha This is my second purchase of a Subaru through a Lou Fusz dealership. I purchased a Forester in 2009 and an Outback this week. The Outback I bought has many safety features and I was very pleased with my experience with the help of Richard Lamora. Although I haven’t figured out all the features, Richard gave me a thorough overview of what to expect...a job well done! More

Service to see why sirius wouldn't come in. I paid over $160 just to find out there was a short in the antenna wire under the headliner and to repair it, it would be over $300 for parts and over I paid over $160 just to find out there was a short in the antenna wire under the headliner and to repair it, it would be over $300 for parts and over $500 to correct. It would not be wise for me to have this done, based on cost. When checking in originally, Matt W. made sure the antennae on the rear roof was tight. Then upon arriving home, I noticed the antennae on the roof was not tight like it was originally. I am returning Tuesday to have this corrected. This sloppy workmanship does not speak well for Lou Fusz. Also, I had to get oil plug gaskets from "parts". When I had to be escorted just to find "parts" I couldn't believe this was a progressive dealership! After stepping over car lift rails and hoses I arrived. This is an unsafe situation and is in violation of the handicap assessability act. PLEASE CORRRECT THIS BEFORE IT MAKES THE NIGHTLY NEWS.. More
