Very pleased with my first service visit I don't like taking my cars in for service. Why? Because I love my cars and I don't like turning them over to strangers. I figure no one is going t I don't like taking my cars in for service. Why? Because I love my cars and I don't like turning them over to strangers. I figure no one is going to be as careful with them as I am. I'm that guy who parks out at the far end of the parking lot to avoid door dings. Yeah...that guy. So, it was with some reluctance that I took my beautiful, flawless 2017 BRZ in for it's first service (I know, it's two years old, but it only has 1700 miles on it). But I needed an emissions inspection to renew the plates, so I got the oil changed at the same time. I also asked them NOT to wash the car (whirling brushes, tiny scratches in the clearcoat, etc.). When I got the car back (with no charge for either the oil change or the emissions inspection...Car Pass member), I was pleased to see they had honored my request to not wash it, AND...it was still as beautiful as it was when I handed them the keys. And the really good part? I only asked for an oil change, but I SWEAR they tweaked a few other things. It now drives better than it has in a while...much better than a simple oil change would cause. So yeah, I was very pleased with my first service visit, and won't be so nervous about scheduling the next one. Good job, guys! More

A 4 hour job took 7 days So I dropped my 15 Wrx off for a warranty replacement of a catalytic converter. The part had been ordered and was in and I dropped of at the appointm So I dropped my 15 Wrx off for a warranty replacement of a catalytic converter. The part had been ordered and was in and I dropped of at the appointment time and date. Was told I would get a call when it was finished. I called that evening and was told it wasn't done. Next day same thing. On the third day my wife stopped by as she was in the area and asked about my car. No news they were still waiting on some part they had forgotten to order. On the 7th day I called at 530pm to get an update and was put on hold for 15 min. Guy comes back and says yep it's done you can pick it up tomorrow. Communication sucks. I did talk to some manager about it and he did apologize. More

Never met technician Jeff Frazier ...his name was not on the invoice. Dealt with Nick Davis, Service Advisor. Incorrectly listed on the invoice as “Sam Nehme”. Why don’t you have Nick listed below ? Nick was very professional. I can’t speak for any of the others on your list as they had no contact with me. More
