Shelby Parker greeted me for my 9 am appointment and took my 2019 Ascent on time for a recall to be taken care of and an oil change and tire rotation. I have taken my car to this dealership for service for many years, but with Covid skipped almost 2 years. This was my best experience there yet. My car was completely checked over and I was informed of wh many years, but with Covid skipped almost 2 years. This was my best experience there yet. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person were very nice, friendly and professional. My car was washed when I went to get it and it has been running very well since the service was preformed. The service employee was friendly and did not try to talk me into having work done that I felt was not needed at this time which was my 60,000 mile review. And he also checked the cost of having the tires r me into having work done that I felt was not needed at this time which was my 60,000 mile review. This is the first time I received it and this would be great if this report was generated via email after every visit. More
