Fast service for an emissions inspection Service was fast and thorough. My only complaint is that the coffee pot was empty but I'll admit that I really didn't any more at that time of day. I have dealt with this dealership, and Brian Eaton for years, and have always received prompt and courteous service for Mazdas and Subarus I have owned over the past 20 years. However Brian was VERY frie Read my review on Dean Subaru. Being an ex-Service Writer, I have very little trust in Service Writers and mechanics. However Brian was VERY friendy and professional. Took care of our 30k mile service, repared a minor squeak and replaced a headlight that was out that was not asked of him. And did not try to sell us things that weren't needed. We got a free loaner and the car was completed in less than 5 hours. Outstanding Lou! More
