Expert courteous service We've serviced our two cars at Lou Fusz locations for many years and were delighted to visit your brand new Subaru location at the corner of Old Olive We've serviced our two cars at Lou Fusz locations for many years and were delighted to visit your brand new Subaru location at the corner of Old Olive Street and Lindbergh. Brian, as always, was extremely courteous ad helpful throughout. Though this visit was for state license plate inspections; his mechanic found two issues; Brian immediately phoned us; and corrections were made promptly, in fact, well before we had expected to have the car back. On our return, our car was parked in front and Brian showed us through the new facility to the cashier. Keep up the great work, Brian! More

Brian is terrific at explaining what needs to be down and what can be done later. The work is always completed quickly and competently. New building, new experience Senior service advisor Brian Eaton set the positive tone by offering a loaner car, reminding me the 60,000 mile service could be 5+ hours. Loaner brought in and paperwork handled efficiently and I was off to work when I thought I'd be on the Metro Bus. Brian phoned to say service tech recommended installing a new battery and called again when the car was ready for pick up. Next day picked up car and enrolled in new Lou Fusz points program as my previously earned points had expired after eight years. The check out process was quick, professional and efficient. Best service experience at Lou Fusz Subaru ever! More
