People were rude The service is way more expensive than any of my other cars. Only 30,000 miles for service on my subaru was “$600”. For my toyota the service was mayb The service is way more expensive than any of my other cars. Only 30,000 miles for service on my subaru was “$600”. For my toyota the service was maybe $150. The total ended up being around $800 ($782 with a coupon). The people helping were rude and seemed to not like having questions asked. I also do not understand why, when a service update is sent out I was given for had two coupons but Inwas only allowed to use one of the two coupons. This id absolutely ridiculous. The subaru dealership is not going to go bakrupt if they let people take off over $50 from services that are so expensive. I will not be going back. More

The BEST My a/c on our Outback was not working. Called service and got an immediate appointment for this warranty issue. Took car in and it was diagnosed imm My a/c on our Outback was not working. Hones, Fast, Clean I’ve always used this dealer for my service. On one occasion I used a different Subaru dealer. I was told I needed a lot of work (money) on my car. My dealer on north Lindbergh never tells me anything has to be done. He has made some recommendations and told me how long it could wait to be done. If they tell me I need work done, I believe them. I still receive emails from the other dealer telling me I’m past due on repairs. More
