45000 mile check up I really appreciated the quiet lounge, as I detest the television blaring while I try to read. For years Brian has listened Love my outback! With so many amazing safety features I really appreciate the kind and knowledgeable staff at Lou Fusz. For years Brian has listened to my concerns and taken great care of both my car and me. I’ve had very few problems, but even perfect cars have issues. Mine is a bit of a magnet and has been hit four times. If it happens again I may have them paint it school bus yellow. The body shop and mechanics work miracles. Had purchased tires elsewhere — they were improperly installed. Brian documented mistake and enabled us to get reimbursed. More recently I have dealt with Chris. He too is a great listener who follows through and explains all issues. I have recommended their service department to friends for years, and I have to laugh at my husband who recently asked if he could bring his his Accord in for service. More

Service Department Parts had been ordered for my auto from a previous visit. When I went to have parts installed, I presented Brian Eaton with a new minor, but annoying Parts had been ordered for my auto from a previous visit. When I went to have parts installed, I presented Brian Eaton with a new minor, but annoying problem which had cropped up. Not only were both problems fixed, but they even set my car clock to Daylight Savings Time (which I had not done; merely remembering that clock was an hour slow). That's what I call "service". More
