Happy! Happy! My problem was a humming noise from the area of the front tire. I took it to my local mechanic who is awesome and he said I needed the tires rotated My problem was a humming noise from the area of the front tire. I took it to my local mechanic who is awesome and he said I needed the tires rotated since I hadn't had them rotated since purchasing the car (2015 Forester). He rotated them and the noise continued. Frankly, I didn't want to go to the dealer since past experience most often lead to a litany of problems besides the one(s) that brought me in. However, I decided to bite the bullet and have the dealer investigate. Boy was I wrong to apply my preconceived notions to the Fusz Subaru team. I did not make an appointment or call in advance so I figured I'd drop the car off and get a call in a day or so telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. Then I expected it would take another day or two for the repair to be done. WRONG! In less than 5 hours the repair, a bad wheel bearing, was done and I picked up my car that evening. To top it off, the repair was covered under the 5 year drive train warranty. And that litany of extra repairs that I knew would be forthcoming? Oh, it was there: A wheel alignment. Some litany. To say I am pleased with the service at Lou Fusz is an understatement. I only wish everyone with whom I have a business/service interaction with would be as honest and efficient.
