The new facility is a comfortable, good looking place where I don't mind waiting. There's a waiting area with TV and a second, quiet waiting area. Wifi is reliable. Coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are always available. The best part of the Service Center is Brian Eaton, the manager, and his team who coordinate the schedule, keep you apprised of what's going on with your vehicle, gently break news of needed repairs, and take care of customers with helpful explanations and warmth. The mechanics are friendly and helpful. This truly seems like a good workplace. It's superior for customer service. More
