We are trying to get a better picture of your situation, can you contact Mick.durr@fusz.com (service manager) and give him more detail on the tires that you purchased. If you purchased tires within six months of the most recent purchase, then you shouldn't have needed tires. Also, we are sorry that you couldn't use the rewards toward the purchase of the tires. Our Auto rewards program is only good toward the purchase of a new car. We appreciate your loyalty as a customer and hope that you continue to choose to do business in our service department.
