I was expecting to be bringing my car to my neighborhood service garage by now (as I did when my Honda got older), but the quality of service has kept me coming here. I love my Subaru, but sub-par service was a deciding factor in not getting another Honda, so I’m planning on sticking with Subaru and this dealership for a long time. More

Service work and new tires Brian was friendly and very informative. He gave me choices and estimates for 4 new tires, which enable me to select the best brand for my car. Where is Lou Fusz follow up after sales service??? Lou Fusz didn't want to recognize I have a life time oil change agreement after I purchased the car from Lou Fuse. The sales agreement is for free oil change and I pay for oil filter only as long as I own the car. Now they give me a very hard time every time I come in for the agreed on oil change. WOW!!! More
Alternator replacement. Alnernator problem. Engine light on. Dz. With bad alternator. I had to return b/c I did not have mu copy of an extended warranty. I was able to be Alnernator problem. Note: there is no longer a loaner program. Tsk, tsk. My 2 rides cost $30. Would be worse for multiday repair. More

Customer service? Had a 10:15 appt for an airbag recall. Was told it may be a two hour service. Decided to drop it off the day before since we’re an hour away and wante Had a 10:15 appt for an airbag recall. Was told it may be a two hour service. Decided to drop it off the day before since we’re an hour away and wanted to give them flexibility. Received a ride over and arrived at 12:30. Vehicle was parked outside in a different spot so I walked in assuming it was finished. Got blank looks and was told our tech was at lunch, and to have a seat. At 1:00 I noticed the vehicle had been moved again but was still outside, so I went back to service and inquired. Again, blank looks and was told it would still be another hour. My 10:15 appt was mentioned and I was informed that they were busy. Fifteen minutes later my phone rang. It was service telling me I was ready to go. Turns out they didn’t replace the airbag at all, even though I was told several times through the mail that this was an extremely important procedure that had to be fixed immediately. When I left, they told me I may receive something in the mail later on to do a replacement. Huh? More
