Error Made an appt to fix AC. Part had been ordered 1/8/19. Had to wait until March when car was in St. Louis. When arrived for repair Friday, no part avail Made an appt to fix AC. Part had been ordered 1/8/19. Had to wait until March when car was in St. Louis. When arrived for repair Friday, no part available and no call regarding that. My husband only found out when he called two hours later. On my last visit for oil change and tire rotation, had to return to the service dept within 10 minutes because car was pulling to the side and making a noise. I was td that wheel was not put on correctly and was about to fall off!. I think that we will look elsewhere for service and when we need a new vehicle. More

State Inspection The inspection was completed promptly which is good, but I feel the whole car should have been at least quckly checked over - fluid levels, batterey, The inspection was completed promptly which is good, but I feel the whole car should have been at least quckly checked over - fluid levels, batterey, remaining brake pad and tire pressures. Any time I take my vette to the dealer these items are all checked and a report given to me. If these items were checked I was not given any information. I think especially since we paid $1000 or whatever it was for the Car Pass this should be minimum service information plus a carwash. More
