He took the request and said I could wait in the customer area. Got a cup of coffee. Walked around the lot for a few minutes. Updated some information on my phone. I was then told the car was ready. All in all a quick simple process. Cost was less than most chain or independent stores. More
Quick and relaxed They estimated my time to be about an hour but it only took 35 minutes. BUT the windshield wiper was VERY expensive but I was expecting it to be. Left in the waiting room I needed an oil change, tire rotation, recall work and emissions test. Firstly, cost and value were both excellent, and I had a coupon to use. However I needed an oil change, tire rotation, recall work and emissions test. Firstly, cost and value were both excellent, and I had a coupon to use. However, I was quoted a 2 hour turn around time and told the technician I would be waiting. After 4 hours I went to see how long it would be, to find out it had been done for some time and either no one looked for or recognized me in the waiting room which never had more than 6 people in it. Then, once I got my car, the tires were 4-5 pounds overinflated from the specifications of the vehicle. More

Drove from 2 1/2 hours away and arrived early having been told the service would take 2 hours and I could wait for my car. When I arrived I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until the following day. I was given a loaner with no regard for the 5 hours I now had to waist in drive time giving up 2 days of work. I was reminded: bring it back with a full tank and don’t drink that coffee you have in our clean car. Service department people were courteous (and stressed over all the recall customers). Maybe my fault for not making a fuss about my circumstances. More
Extremely dissatisfied Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership from beginning to end. Had an appointment and didn't been verify who I was. I guess they went off the V Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership from beginning to end. Had an appointment and didn't been verify who I was. I guess they went off the VIN and assumed I was the previous owner based off that. The receptionist Kris had me wait for a good 10 minutes while for her to finish what appeared to be stapling some paperwork at her desk instead of helping me get out of there. Then she decided to get into it with a nother customer and then decided to drop the F bomb under her breath but loud enough I am able to hear it while also stating that "it's gonna be one of THOSE days." When it came time for the loaner vehicle the info on the paperwork did not match the vehicle I was being put in to. After being there for 40 minutes (between dropping off my car, realizing who I really was, and getting me into a loaner), I was finally on my way. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was told my keys would be in my car UNLOCKED with the paperwork since I would be arriving after the service department closed. I showed up and and my keys were LOCKED inside my car. I had to call someone to bring me my spare key. Luckily I had a spare or else im not sure how else I would have gotten it out short of calling a locksmith and having them opening it and then sending them the bill. I will never do business with this place ever again. Luckily there are other dealers in area. Granted they are further since I live less than a mile away from this dealer but I guess sometimes you gotta travel for good service. Oh one last thing, I also had to finish putting my dashboard back together since the tech was unable to do so. More

When I arrived for the appointment, I mentioned a repeat issue with a sporadic "check engine" light, which had become sporadic after no issues with it for 8 months. They agreed to take a look at this issue. I was provided a loaner and returned the next day after the airbag replacement was completed. Despite having looked at the check engine analysis, no clear determination was made. Best guesstimate was that new spark plugs were needed, as they couldn't find it in their records that spark plugs had ever been replaced. I decided to forego that option until the next scheduled servicing. I have since located my paperwork (from Feb 2, 2018 servicing) that the spark plugs had been replaced then. So I don't think that is the problem, as the spark plugs are just 13 months old. The saga of the "mystery lights" continues... so far, 2 weeks later, the check engine light has not been on. More

I live 6 hours from St. Louis but was in town for a few days. When I brought my car in for the appointment I was told that it might take a few days ( longer than I had anticipated). I was leaving town the next morning but had to get the work done so I left my car and changed travel plans. Just a few hours after dropping my car off I received a call to let me know my car was ready. Amazing and compassionate service! However, my oil light comes on since I had the work done...checked and oil is ok but light keeps coming on. Not a Fusz problem...a Subaru problem. More
Air bag recall Dealership was out of air bags when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. They had left a message about no bags on my husband's office number, but Dealership was out of air bags when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. They had left a message about no bags on my husband's office number, but message would have reached us quicker had our home or cell numbers been called (we will ask dealership to note this for future). Also, dealership is unable to give us an in-stock date for the air bags, or to contact us whenthey do come in -- which means we will now need to follow up with dealership. That doesn't feel right to us, especially since this is a recall situation. Sorry to give you this unhappy report -- definitely not our usual Lou Fusz experience. More
