Horrible Service Center Booked appointment online for 24K service. Car had 22k miles at the time of service. Should have been a simple oil change, tire rotation, and ac filte Booked appointment online for 24K service. Car had 22k miles at the time of service. Should have been a simple oil change, tire rotation, and ac filter. When i arrived, the technician said I "missed" the 18K service which was over $300. I told him I had that service completed at 15K miles at this same Subaru service center. I had the recommended service interval from the manual of my Outback and he said never to rely on those, and they were already outdated. The Outback, bought from this dealership is a 2017. So, yes, I am very embarrassed to say I did not speak up for myself and I believed the technician. He used a lot of jargon including wheel alignment, balancing the tires, etc. none of which was done. A tire rotation was not done, and this was one service that should have been! I called the dealership one week later to say I received poor service, and that I would like to tell whoever needed to know, before I made an online public review. I did not hear back from them. I cannot believe this happened to me after reading all the positive reviews. More

They told us they had JUST run out, but it was 7:45 a.m. It took over 3 weeks to get an appointment, and no one at the dealership was remotely apologetic. They were also confused about whether it would take 3 hours or 3 days. I would never bring my car in here unless I absolutely had to, like we did for the recall. Totally unprofessional. The shop manager Brian Eaton is also patronizing and dismissive. More
