I just had my Outback serviced at Lou Fusz Subaru. Part of the service was to take care of a recall notice I had received. Shelby Parker, my service manager, called me to explain that 2 years ago I had pa of the service was to take care of a recall notice I had received. Shelby Parker, my service manager, called me to explain that 2 years ago I had paid for a repair that was now covered by the recall. He explained the process I needed to take for Subaru to reimburse me for that old repair. And Subaru is now processing the reimbursement. Thanks Shelby! More
I've had nothing but good experiences at Lou Fusz so far. This visit was for an oil and filter change and for a recall inspection/repair. I had a service appointment set forMay 13th but took my car in on the 12th to leave it. Only two services needed and Shelby said service might be done early due to only two items needed. That was at appr car in on the 12th to leave it. Only two services needed and Shelby said service might be done early due to only two items needed. That was at approximately 1:30 and I got a call about 4:45 saying the work was already done. Shelby also found a $15 coupon I had missed to save me some money. My thanks to him and the service techs. who got my work done so quickly. More
