I currently own two Outback vehichles. I currently own two Outback vehicles that where purchased form this dealership. This dealership performs all maintenance for both vehicles as well. During my last visit, I presented a coupon on my cell phone to the service technician. He said the coupon was good but that I had to present the coupon to the cashier. I then inadvertently deleted the coupon when I was attempting a screen save. I asked the cashier to verify the coupon with the service representative. I said that he actually saw the coupon. The cashier told me if I could not show her the coupon, she would not be able to honor it. I mentioned this to the service representative and he attempted to speak to the cashier regarding the $15.00 coupon. The cashier still did not concede the issue and then stated that the coupon was for $5.00, not $15.00. It took the intervention of a manager before she finally conceded and allowed the $15.00 coupon. Frankly, I could have cared less about the $15.00. After all, I spent over $65,000 when I purchased the 2014 and 2015 Outback vehicles. Plus all the maintenance costs since the purchases. It was the principle of the thing, the feeling that my integrity was in question and the curt attitude of the cashier that prompted my writing this review. My wife and I are very happy with our vehicles and the service at the dealership that has been stellar to this point. More

Service ok The service people are fine. BUT it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to schedule. After several attempts I finally got a person The service people are fine. They didn't have a clue how to deal with a lease vehicle. Also, I could never get in touch with the GM. I was told a few times he was not there, they couldn't give me his number. When I did finally get a number to call, I left a message and to this day (11 bdays later) I STILL have not heard back. I love my Subaru Legacy, but I will not get another one if this is the crap I have to deal with everytime I need the oil changed! I am even thinking about getting out of this one now. SAD! More

Called the dealership on Saturday to fix the billing error but it is now Wednesday and not o my is it not fixed they also will not return our calls. Well the people in the service department were super nice. The accounting/warranty department is ridiculous. I’m not sure why it is so hard to cancel 1 invoice and rebill it correctly. I also don’t understand how hard it is to call someone back. More
FAILURE TO DELIVER AND TRANSFER TITLE LOU FUSZ BOUGHT MY 2017 SURBARU FORESTER ON JANUARY 29, 2018. THEY COLLECTED ALL OF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND DID NOT INFORM ME THAT THERE WERE ANY LOU FUSZ BOUGHT MY 2017 SURBARU FORESTER ON JANUARY 29, 2018. THEY COLLECTED ALL OF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND DID NOT INFORM ME THAT THERE WERE ANY ISSUES. ON MAY 8TH, I RECEIVED A TITLE IN THE MAIL FOR THIS SAME VEHICLE. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I RECEIVED THIS. COME TO FIND OUT THAT THE 2017 FORESTER WAS STILL REGISTERED IN MY NAME. TONY FAILED TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT HE SOLD THIS SAME VEHICLE IN MARCH 2017 EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT OBTAIN THE PROPER TITLE. THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE MESS THAT HAS CAUSED ME TO LOSE TIME AT WORK TO GET THIS RESOLVED. TONY DID NOT OFFER ANY EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIES. HIS EGO HAS THE BEST OF HIM. IT WAS A SHAME, I REALLY HAD A GREAT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH DAVE BLANKE, TONY IANNICOLA IS THE REASON I WILL NOT BE BACK. More
