Phenomenal Customer Service Was in the market for a used car for about a month, knowing I’d have to be patient and find the right deal. Well I found a few good/great deals but every time the dealership I would try and contact ended up either had misled with pricing or their customer service was not to my standard of a place I would be happy to contact and work with. Until I found Lou Fusz here. My salesman Juan is a great guy and very straightforward with what you are getting out of the car you’re looking at, and doesn’t try and pull anything sly or upsell you. He really worked hard to honor my budget with what I wanted, and the process I had got a little complicated, but he was super patient and worked hard to get me where I needed to be. This also applies for the finance manager Ryan, who worked really hard calling banks for me and getting me the deal I needed. Overall the workers were super friendly, patient, and hard workers. More

Unimpressed!!
