Christopher was helpful in answering our questions. I as somewhat frustrated at the condition of the car though as they ran it through an automatic wash that left fine swirls in the paint. We were looking for a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness wanting a little more ability for taking the Crosstrek on some trails. After checking out some of the available cars in the area online we noted that Lou Fusz little more ability for taking the Crosstrek on some trails. After checking out some of the available cars in the area online we noted that Lou Fusz had a lot of choice so decided to head there. Chris welcomed us and right away made us feel comfortable. The whole process from test drive to the trade in and actual purchase was very relaxed and easy. Chris talked us through all of the options and was able to answer all of our questions. This was the best experiences we ever had buying a car. The Crosstrek Wilderness is our 4th Subaru, but it got us our first experience with Chris and the Lou Fusz dealership. We will definitely come back. More
