Service on the vehicle was fine. At the same time we ordered a new fob for the car. When leaving discovered that the new fob did not work (which by the way was an exorbitant $700). Then it was found the two older fobs did not work after we had left. Had to return to get the older fobs working. The service tech had to return from lunch to fix the older fobs programming. Finally got all fobs working. I mentioned that I thought my time was worth some consideration. The service writer (sorry have forgotten her name) offered a free oil change and tire rotation. That was ok except we were going to be selling the car and didn't know if the new owner would drive to your location. The service writer (who was very helpful this whole time, said she would have manager contact me for another type of compensation for my time. Never heard anything. Not a good experience.
