Oil Change On Wednesday September 7th, 2016 around noon, I went to Lou Fusz Mazda to get my oil changed. Usually when I go, I drop my car off and rent a car beca On Wednesday September 7th, 2016 around noon, I went to Lou Fusz Mazda to get my oil changed. Usually when I go, I drop my car off and rent a car because of my busy work schedule. Unfortunately this time, there were none available. So, my service advisor Katy asked me if she could have it done in 30 minutes, would I mind waiting for it. I said yes if it can get done by 1230 I would absolutely wait for it. Not only did she get my car in first thing, she got it in and out, with a car wash and towel dry, in 25 minutes! I am still blown away at the level of customer service I received and I'm super happy with how everything went! I want to thank Katy and the Lou Fusz service team a million times over for getting me taken care of with my time constraint and I will definitely be coming back for future services! More

YES to Lou Fusz!!! I have used Lou Fusz since I have been driving Miata's....and they have been wonderful in the service department! This time I had to have a free loan I have used Lou Fusz since I have been driving Miata's....and they have been wonderful in the service department! This time I had to have a free loaner (first time) since they needed to determine why my car was shaking. So, I had to get 4 new tires! But the service department at Lou Fusz is always, always respectful, timely, and very helpful. Shawn and Bruce are my main connectors. They always call me by name - and this time since I left my car for a couple of days - Bruce checked in with my phone to make sure I knew everything that was being done. I will not go annywhere else! More

Had an emergency recently and my car (2003 Mazda Protege 5 that I've owned for 11 years and am still in love with) started chugging and making clickin Had an emergency recently and my car (2003 Mazda Protege 5 that I've owned for 11 years and am still in love with) started chugging and making clicking noises. Went straight to Lou Fusz Mazda and dropped it off with Bruce Weaver who couldn't have been more professional and was instantly handed a loaner car which really to a load off my mind. Service was completed in a few days (since I didn't have an appointment) and I was back on the road with my baby :). Great job all around! More
