Friendly people and good service! We had our Mazda CX-3 in for routine service this past week, and we were treated vey nicely by all the staff at the dealership! Service advisor Bruce We had our Mazda CX-3 in for routine service this past week, and we were treated vey nicely by all the staff at the dealership! Service advisor Bruce Weaver answered all my questions concerning the scheduled and optional maintenance choices to consider with our car's current mileage (and recommended oil change intervals for synthetic oil btw), which I put to him at the time we checked in. The wait for service wasn't too long, and when we readied for payment the cashiers on duty we a delight to talk with - we actually had a lively conversation about weekend plans ahead - and our takeaway from the whole trip to Lou Fusz was a generally very pleasant experience. Now if I can convince my wife we could afford one of these powered-top, MX-5s roadsters like the one they had in the showroom, I'd really have something to "call home about"! Very happy we bought from Lou Fusz, and so far our service trips have been good experiences. More
