Fantastic Service and Customer Service! My appointment was for Wed morning. I called Tue to ask if I could drop off my car and if they would work it in great. They immediately replied sure My appointment was for Wed morning. I called Tue to ask if I could drop off my car and if they would work it in great. They immediately replied sure, no problem, and they also got my car done on that Tuesday. Everyone at the service center any time I have to drop off my car (which so far has just been annual maintenance, I have had NO issues with my Mazda2) is so very helpful. Beyond being just polite, they go out of their way to be extra helpful. I will purchase my next car at Lou Fusz just for this reason! More

I was greeted by Julie Reichert who was able to get my vehicl I arrived at Lou Fusz Mazda on Monday at 7:10 to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I was greeted by Julie Reichert who was able to get my vehicle in quickly so I could go on to work. I knew I could get a shuttle to work but really didn't want to do that. My vehicle was also washed for me. The cashier Melissa was courteous and got my paperwork processed quickly. I also noticed while I was waiting how courteous and helpful Melissa was to the customers.
