Also I checked out over the phone, the cashier was exceptional and very happy to assist as I had someone pick up the car for me. Brian, the Subaru service adviser greeted me by name and knew the reason for my appointment. He said it would take 45 to 60 minutes, but the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the service. This is the only place I take my car to when it needs service. More

Love Mazda-Lou Fusz Masda- We only drove BMW and Infinity cars. It was our belief that if one wanted quality and reliability the choices were limited. We bought the Mazda 6 first and were very impressed by the handling and the technology. The fact that it uses regular fuel instead of the premium. Our insurance was half of that of the BMW. The top of the line of the Mazda model was priced the same as the base model of the entry level of BMW. Never regretted it. Next was the Mazda CX5, love it! We are a Mazda family now. And there is Lou Fusz. On the sales floor Mike and Chase made our purchasing an enjoyable experience. When has buying a car stress free? Never for us until Lou Fusz. On my last visit Chuck help me with updating the navigation system. He did it in such a welcoming manner. In the service department we only work with Bruce Weaver. He is so courteous and knowledgeable. He explains things and takes the time to make sure you understand- for those who are not mechanically inclined it takes patience, right? Thanks you all! More

I live in north city so My name is Melanie and I have purchased (4) Mazda starting in 2006. My 1st Mazda was purchased from Randy Blount Dealership. I live in north city so after Randy Blount closed I chose this location because of the accessibility from home and work just in case a car problems ever occurred. I have owned each new model 2006 Mazdza 6i, 2009 Mazda 6 , 2010 CX-7 , & presently a 2015 CX5. And because of my purchases I have had more encounters for service with Shawn. I had a battery problem on January 9,and Shawn DeGrasso who I have chosen as my service advisor took care my issue. Over the years he has always been friendly, been patience, & he listens and is always professional. I received an email from Mazda Customer Service Survey and answered it on January 13 and Shelly Adams did a follow up call regarding my service yesterday. I want management to recognize Shawn's worth because he knows I have had some very unique issues with all my car purchases. I have learned to respect his knowledge with my car concerns and I believe he believes my concerns as being legitimate. Because who wants to come a dealership unnecessarily (smile). Also, over the years I had the pleasure to have some car issues solved from Glen and Bruce regarding some defects. Finally , the office personnel, and other associates, & parts department have been outstanding, too. Great Job!!! More
