Friendly, flexible, professional service My dead battery was jumped, but wouldn’t hold a charge, so I drove straight to Lou Fusz Mazda without an appointment. Sean quickly worked me into the schedule, not only for the battery change, but for a routine maintenance that was also due. He put me in a very nice loaner for a couple of hours, then called when my freshly washed car was ready. This is not the first time I’ve been treated so well at Lou Fusz. This is the best dealer service department I’ve ever encountered. More

Transmission problems but the Transmission was not address.they want me to drive it. I have an instrument on my phone that is a diagnostic and basically told th problems but the Transmission was not address.they want me to drive it. My phone showed two issues,the 1st one was addressed and it on longer is on the phone but the Transmission problem is still there. More

Horrible Experience We bought a brand new Mazda 2015 in 2015 from Lou Fusz. We unfortunately pre paid for several oil changes. We live in Manchester Mo. There is a Mazd We bought a brand new Mazda 2015 in 2015 from Lou Fusz. We unfortunately pre paid for several oil changes. We live in Manchester Mo. There is a Mazda dealership minutes away from us. We were not told it had to be Lou Fusz to give us oil changes. There were times I tried to call and see how many oil changes I had left and would never receive a call back. Most of time if not all the time I would have to ask for a car wash when I did get an oil change. The inside was never vacuum. My husband tried to call to ask about an unnecessary $400.00 purchase that we thought was necessary at the time we bought the car. He never got a call back and just gave up. I think one time I was given an extra oil change for my inconvenience. Now I will admit the Service Manager Shawn was always nice and professional. He would do what he could to help me. But I will never recommend this Dealership.. Horrible experience!!! More
