Oil change. John was very courteous. John was helpful polite Usually the staff is very friendly,however one service advisor,a female was rude and condescending. Horrible I dropped my car off at 7:15am I called to check on my vehicle at 3:50pm spoke briefly w/Josh he told me there was so much wrong with care he was ab I dropped my car off at 7:15am I called to check on my vehicle at 3:50pm spoke briefly w/Josh he told me there was so much wrong with care he was about call and he would after tech finish the estimated total. I got off work at 4:30 arrive at Lou Fusz arrived about 5:15pm. My estimated total was not done and he was rude. I did speak briefly with Sean he was nice professional. I will not be returning to Lou fusz. More

Car pass is awesome Love the lou fusz car pass. Not having to worry about paying for oil change is great. Came in for oil change and new tires (got the June tire promo in Love the lou fusz car pass. Not having to worry about paying for oil change is great. Came in for oil change and new tires (got the June tire promo in the mail) and ended up having to get alignment too. They let me borrow a car for a night while they worked on my car which was nice. Usually they send me home with a list of things my car needs (what’s in good standing etc) which I like but they didn’t give me one when I picked up my car this time. They seemed very busy when I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. More
Service My wife's car had the tires pressure light on the night before and I told her to mention that for the inspection. She had the idea that the light neant engine and showed that to the inspector. They performed an engine inspection and charge her $100. I think that was a bit dishonest to take advantage of her misunderstanding. She doesn't remember the name but thinks was a Jeff or Jake. Now not sure on quality anymore. More
Customer service I asked for a tire rotation and oil change and left my car so that could be done. The service advisor called offering me new tires to which i declined I asked for a tire rotation and oil change and left my car so that could be done. The service advisor called offering me new tires to which i declined and said just do the rotation and oil change. Well the tire rotation wasn’t done and when i looked at the invoice and noticed i was already at a point where i wasn’t going to turn around and have to drive all the way back up there for that. More
Shawn and his team did a great job!!!! Shawn and Matt that technician that worked on my car did a great job diagnosing my check engine light. Even though it was an in depth problem and took Shawn and Matt that technician that worked on my car did a great job diagnosing my check engine light. Even though it was an in depth problem and took a couple of weeks to figure out, Shawn kept me up to date and got me in a loner car with no problems. Matt did a great job working on my car and explaining the problem to me. One of the reasons I have not gotten rid of my car yet (180,000 miles) is because of the great service at this location provided by Shawn. No matter how big or small of a problem I have with my Mazda, Shawn ALWAYS listens and helps me through it. More
