The knowledge of cars about the advisor is just OK, - Mazda skyactive doesn't need transmission fluid change but she said that its needed... I would have atleast understood if she said that it's mentioned as not needed in the manual, but in reality it's better to get it done. She wasn't sure about a few other things too Finally the cashier made a mistake in taking my rewards check, coupons, had to wait for 15 mins to get the refund and all that. Most dealers aren't great, Lou Fusz Mazda isn't an exception to that, unfortunately. More

Changed oil brands without letting me know I have been coming to Lou Fusz Mazda have my oil changed since I purchased my car in 2012 I came to find out after I had my most recent oil change don I have been coming to Lou Fusz Mazda have my oil changed since I purchased my car in 2012 I came to find out after I had my most recent oil change done that Lou Fusz swapped to mobile one and did not let me know. I had ran the car for over 120,000 miles on castoral and I noticed that after I had left the dealership that my car was now struggling to speed up and slow down, there was a general sluggishness about the car. I had to have my oil dumped out of my car and I paid someone additional money to have Castorol put back into my car, which has solved the problem. Lou Fusz has lost a customer. More
