Failure to produce You ordered a part for my car and said it would take 3 days it actually took 5 days. When I picked up my car as a result of the repair you broke anoth You ordered a part for my car and said it would take 3 days it actually took 5 days. When I picked up my car as a result of the repair you broke another part which I did not realize was broken until I had driven 5 miles from you shop. I will have to come back for this repair when it comes in. What a waste of time. You also gave me an estimate for a 60k miles checkup for which your manager told me included a bunch of fluid replacement work listed seperately which is included in the 60k miles checkup leading me to believe that the repairs were almost twice as expensive as it actually was. Included in the details was a note that you inspected the air intake filter which I changed myself 3 months ago. Obviously, this wasnt check but was based on time. I am at the point where I cant trust Lou Fusz and have no plans of having my car repaired here going forward. More
